Discord bot · Palworld
Guardian Palworld
Your Palworld server, inside your Discord: server status, player sessions, leaderboards built from the real save files, account linking, a Battlepass, tickets and scheduled messages. By default the bot only reads — Palworld's seven admin commands are refused inside its own code.

Spec sheet
All frequently asked questions →What it does
Server status
One Discord message that keeps itself up to date: server reachable or not, who is online, the time of the last successful contact. A voice channel can carry the player count in its name.
It says when it doesn't know
Server unreachable, admin password rejected, server still booting, admin interface switched off — each case gets its own message. The panel never shows an old reading as if it were fresh.
Player sessions
Joins and leaves announced in a channel, total time played per player. A player who drops out during a loading screen is not announced as having left.
Leaderboard by player and by guild
The bot copies the server's latest automatic save snapshot into its own work folder, never into the server's, and does the counting there. Levels, Pals, captures, bosses, and the same leaderboards per guild.
Account linking and Battlepass
A player copies their ID from the game's options and pastes it into a Discord form; without a mod nothing proves the ID is theirs, so one ID belongs to one Discord account and you can unlink it. From there, time played, levels gained, captures and bosses feed a Battlepass whose tiers and roles you set.
Tickets and scheduled messages
Every request opens a private channel, archived to a channel of your choosing when it closes. Scheduled messages go out hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, at the time you pick.
What works, depending on your host
Everything works
The bot runs on your Palworld server's machine — This is the case it was built for: a Windows machine you control, dedicated box or VPS. The launcher installs the bot right next to the server.
Everything works, once you've checked
Rented server, but you can install software on the same machine — You need to be able to install the launcher there, which is a Windows app, and to read the server's save folder. Ask your host before you pay.
Not for you
The bot would run somewhere else: another PC, another box, web panel only — The bot queries the server on its own machine's local address, so status, sessions and leaderboards would stay blank. Don't buy it for this.
What you need
A Windows machine that stays on: the one running your Palworld server
The bot queries the server on the local address, so it has to run on the same machine. If the machine goes down, the bot goes down with it.
A Discord bot of your own
You create the application on Discord's developer portal and paste its token into the settings panel. No bot shared with other communities.
A MySQL or MariaDB database
Sessions, links, battle pass and tickets are stored there. The launcher detects a database already installed, tests the connection, and creates the database and its dedicated user if you need it to.
The admin interface enabled on your Palworld server
One setting to turn on in the server's config, RESTAPIEnabled, plus an admin password. Without it, status and sessions stay blank.
Plain limits
There is no free version.
Without a valid key the bot disconnects from Discord; only its settings panel stays up, so you have somewhere to paste a key. What is free is the launcher that installs it and watches it.
It has to run on the Palworld server's machine.
It cannot query a remote server, or a rented server you only reach through a web panel.
One Palworld server per install.
A second server means a second install.
Palworld keeps no guild log and has no raid detection.
The game does not expose them. So the bot cannot provide them, and we will not promise otherwise.
Leaderboards are not live.
They are rebuilt from a copy of the latest automatic save snapshot, every 30 minutes by default. If the server's automatic saves are turned off, there is nothing to read.
