1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how the Royalty Managers desktop applications and the website royaltymanagers.com handle your personal data.

2. What we collect — Software

The Software is local-first. We do NOT send your server configs, save files, player lists, RCON commands, or any in-game data to any external server. Everything stays on your machine.

The only outbound network calls the Software makes are:

• License validation request to Lemon Squeezy (your license key + machine fingerprint)
• Update check to GitHub Releases (no personal data sent)
• Optional : Discord webhook calls you have explicitly configured

3. What we collect — Website

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages and does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers. GitHub may log standard HTTP request data per their own privacy policy.

When you click "Buy" or "Start free trial", you are redirected to a checkout overlay hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Their privacy policy applies once you reach that screen.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies. The Lemon Squeezy checkout overlay sets its own cookies, governed by their privacy policy.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@royaltymanagers.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

License records are kept by Lemon Squeezy as long as your subscription is active, plus the legal retention period for invoicing (typically 10 years in the EU). We retain the same data on our side only as long as needed for support.

7. Security

Local secrets (admin passwords, Discord webhook URLs) are encrypted at rest on your machine using Windows DPAPI (Data Protection API). They are not transmitted to us at any point.
