How do I install the app?
Download the .exe from the download page, double-click to install. Windows SmartScreen may show "Unknown publisher" the first time — click "More info" → "Run anyway".
The app says my license is invalid
Make sure you used the same email as the one Lemon Squeezy sent the license to. If still stuck, email us with your order ID.
Palworld server won't start
Check that ports UDP 8211 and TCP 25575 are open in Windows Firewall (the app can do it for you in Settings).
How do I update the app?
It updates itself in the background via Velopack. Restart the app to apply.
